When the team at Mueller Residential Group approached me just six weeks before their biggest event of the year, they already had the perfect park reserved, a dedicated committee assembled, and a vision for an unforgettable community celebration. I couldn’t wait to jump in and help bring it all to life.

With a tight timeline and lots to accomplish, I hit the ground running—translating the team’s vision into a detailed yet digestible project plan. From there, I led weekly committee meetings to keep everyone aligned and moving forward. We focused on:
